I’m certified in ITIL Foundation V3 and my goal is to continue forming me in order to optimize processes regardless of the type of company in which I unwrap.

Regarding personal activities, I want to travel every year to another countries and take a good relax time with friends or girlfriend so, with couchsourfing I know the possibilities to get new friends relationships is possible!!!
