I'm a rebel with rather too many causes.

I am a researcher, teacher, technologist, programmer, and activist. I read and write too much and, to try to make up for it, try to travel as much as possible the rest of the time. Recently, it's worked out that I've usually had places to stay when I'm traveling, but use CS to host a bunch, surf a little, and meet up with folks whenever I can.

My brother in Seattle hosted seriously and had wonderful experiences. Eventually, I got jealous enough that I decided to join him here! We've hosted a bunch of folks in our place in Boston and have had great experiences and gotten to know some good folks.

Mostly I host, when people let me! Every once in a while I'll surf myself. Sometimes I meet up with folks as well.
