We are happily married couple with small kids enjoing living in Copenhagen. Originally from Riga.

I (Maksim) been couchsurfing my friends couches long before I learned about the website in 2008 (l have couchsurfed Kiev, London, Edinburgh, Paris, Rostok, Screnton US, Bergen and Flåm Norway and my home town Riga.
So now I feel like paying back hosting others once in a while. Of cause it happens so much more often that we host friends and people we know.

But I have a ton of sympathy to fellow soul, true wonderer (backpacker and a traveler) then married man with small kids should perhaps have.
So write a request why we should host you (it helps if you have pictures).

All in all we are simple, modest people enjoying little things in life.
We like to stay home, enjoy each other's company, play with kids, meet friends, see new places.
Now... should I mention how ones travel lifestyle is affected by getting married and having small kids? :)

We live in Mørkhøj (a residential neighbourhood of Copenhagen, around 25 min by bus/train to center of Copenhagen). We provide our guest with Rejsekort (a card which roughly gives 50% discount for bus and train) provided a guest repays the deposit that been used.
We have a comfy couch in our living room that can be used for one person.
