In my flat, you will find all the necessary for living and even more. I have a separate bathroom and toilet, huge balcony, studio room, and bedroom the flat is always quiet and with a comfortable temperature. It is near the central railways station (200m), Belvedere Palace (500m) and center of the city...like 10 minutes walk.
