Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I share the values of the Couchsurfing community and believe that people can travel in a more interesting way!
It is always an exciting story of meeting the same spirit people, listen about their life path, about their successes and failures, obstacles and happy days, about the way their community lives and local culture works!

Teach, Learn, Share

I will bring with me a Ukrainian traditional shirt, so we could make nice photos together or even an international dinner! Also, I can play several popular songs on mouth harmonica!

I can teach a little bit of Chinese and even the language of North American Indians. Surely, Russian and Ukrainian toasts :)

I could support an interesting conversation, can be a good listener, and share ideas too. I could talk hours about history, rules of how society works and humanity developed, global issues like climate change, waste management, poverty, digitalization, and internet addictions, politics.
Also, I can teach funny communication tips and social performance on the street.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can tell interesting stories about my experience in hitchhiking, the experience of teaching Chinese kids English without knowing the Chinese language, studying and working in 4 European countries.

I can tell and show videos of how I made theater performances on the streets of many cities, traveled by hitchhiking in Latin America and Europe, hiked in Carpathians, Crimea, Caucuses, Huangshan, Alps, Andes, and Rockies mountains.
Also, I could tell about the experience in 2 times saving the life of my grandma.
Another interesting project was the discovery and perpetuation of the lost burial of my grand grandpa who died during the war in 1945 in another country.
Two times I had a chance to make a unique silent monk-style meditation course "Vipassana". There you cant talk at all, can't use mobile or computer, just 12 hours of meditation and discipline during 10 days!
