I am a girl from Slovakia, currently living in Lithuania, who loves reading for the joy of living many lives and for the joy of learning, traveling because the wolrd is just way too big to stay in one place the whole life, and I enjoy all kinds of art. I´m into archery and historical fencing(nowadays just an external member of a local group but I used to take weekends off to go play in little gigs all around Slovakia). In Slovakia I was working in a repair shop for phones and laptops first as a shop assistant and later on as a technician for more than two years. Currently I am working as a flight attendant and I intend to keep doing so until I earn enough money to start a pilot training.
I love meeting new people and feel like I´m an outgoing person myself. I enjoy deep conversations that connect people, small talk is not for me.
I decided long ago that I would like to travel the whole world, but only recently have I had the time and resources to start doing so. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I registered to meet a friend of 10 years I have met online but never in real life. We went to three trips together already :) I have heard only good things about couchsurfing so I decided I´ll give it a go. I hope I´ll meet some extraordinary people in extraordinary places :)

I´m into old rock, metal, indie, reggae and jazz and anything else that finds its way into my heart :) Favourite artists: System of a Down, Disturbed, Johnny Cash, Bob Marley, Fionna Apple, Emilie Autumn, Roo Panes

Regarding books I mostly prefer fantasy books as I grew up reading lots of them(T. Pratchett, J.K.Rowling, Ch. Paolini, P. Pullman, Steven Erikson, G.R.R.Martin, J. Červenák, A. Sapkowski,...) , I love reading and writing poetry, and recently I found joy in learning new things - mostly physics and astrophysics(N. deGrasse Tyson, S. Hawking, R.P.Faynman).

Movies: Marvel, DC, comedies, horrors, fantasy, action

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Managed to be happy.

Had a tea in the end of the world.

Did paragliding.

Dropped everything and left.

Watched sunset by the fire in red Jordanian Wadi rum desert.

Sat in a Jordanian cave above the Dead sea smoking shisha, drinking tea from 30 year old pot made on fire by local gentlemen, watching the Sun set. That was the moment I realised magic does exist and it is in the people.

Attended a post-apocalyptic festival in Czech Republic called Junktown. Wildest.

Played an archer in historical reenactment plays.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to fix your iPhone if I have the right screwdrivers :D Or make a really nice dreamcatchers with the right ingredients :) Also if you have a bow and arrows, Im kinda good at shooting(though I despise hunting).
And if you need any kind of explanation or advice about flying, well here I am :)

I would like to learn anything and everything there is to learn from anybody I meet.
