One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In August 2017, I took Mom for her first trip abroad with only her daughter Mala (: oh and we used couchsurfing to hangout with other couchsurfers... it was one of the best trips I have had

In 2013, I went on a 2 week volunteer trip to Bolivia, one week of which was spent in the remote mountains with ~27 amazing people from the Azacilo community. I worked with the community to build a SpringBox to ensure a continuous water supply throughout the year....

In 2012 (my first solo trip), I backpacked 6 countries/12 cities solo in Europe for 3 weeks

August-October, 2016: I was on a solo 2-month road trip of hiking, camping, exploring around the US, and visiting friends. I started the trip from California and ended it back there too after visiting at least 33 states and after 15,000+ miles of driving). It was a kind of thinking trip for what to do next after finishing my masters(:

February- May, 2017: I was on a solo 10-week international trip backpacking through parts of Asia, Europe and Egypt(: I got to explore and hangout with locals and other travelers in some cities of the 15 countries I visited on that trip.
