CURRENT MISSION

This year I'm traveling the states with my sister. I'd like to find a place that feels like home or at least feels right at the moment.

ABOUT ME

I thought I had things figured out at the beginning of last year. Turns out I was very wrong, but now I have the opportunity to explore and reinvent. It's exciting and scary to start over. I know that Ii love the arts and people but beyond that I'm just starting to figureit all out.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy... Hmm. I just try to do what makes me happy and be a good person. I've noticed living a balanced life helps. I'm trying to figure the rest out. I guess not all who wander are lost, but I'm wandering to find my way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted once years ago under my roommates account and I'd love to do it again. I'm just currently living out of my truck and traveling. A place to stay is always appreciated, but I'd love to just meet new people and get advice.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music. I listen to everything from radio hits like Drake and Lorde to Tom Waits, Muddy Waters, Man Man. I've been really into Wax Tailer and Bonobo lately. I love film too. Horror movies are my favorite. Especially visually striking ones like Pans Labyrinth, Perfume and Suspiria. Some of my favorite books are JD Salinger's Nine Stories, Virginia Wolfe To the Lighthouse, One Flew Over theCuckoos nest. I'm reading the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo right now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best thing I saw this year was a troupe of flamingo dancers in Spain. It was beautiful and soulful and just amazing.
