ABOUT ME

I love to live quietly, I'm a country person, love to be out in the trees or on the beach, listening to the sounds of the winds and tides.
I travel on a shoestring and I am inspired every day by the generosity of people and my very good fortune to be able to travel in such friendly company,
Oh, I'm vegetarian (mostly).
I prefer to host older travellers.

PHILOSOPHY

Follow the Buddhist path, love the simplicity of the essence ot the teachings. Mostly my thought is always to become a better person, practice generosity and loving kindness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My adult life has always involved "couchsurfing". Always in NZ I travel between friends, and likewise have friends in my home. This is the next step for me. I love the idea of being able to stay with people who live in and are part of the places I am visiting.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef...I was astonished and humbled by the magnificence of the reef.
Built a home in the beautiful Hokianga, NZers are blessed with wonderful opportunities to live in superb surroundings.
Motorcycled through Gujarat, India with a friend, the only way to travel!
Hitched across Alaska.
