HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Bombay isn't confined to Lonely Planet, Google or Danny Boyle's vision. It has an unlimited scope to explore - whether its ideas, people or food. Having been born in and grown along with the city and having worked for a newspaper which went beyond the obvious each day, I can safely call myself an insider.

I have participated in the project by hosting several guests at home, have sometimes attended local CS meets and have been actively staying at CS-ers' places in my travels in the past years.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had incredible cultural exchanges both by hosting people at home and by being a guest. Catching up on the CS buzz is a must whenever I visit a new city anywhere in the world.

Over the years, I have realised that Couchsurfing is the easiest way to invite the world into my drawing room.. and often experience it without stepping out.

Interessi

Writing, reading, capturing photos, discovering street food, having chai, flying kites, sarcasm, optimism, day dreaming. Been collecting newspaper front-pages from across the world since 2005.
