About Me

I am a 20 year old, soon to be 21 year old college student residing in Richmond, VA. I am a runner currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon in 2016 and 2017. I am an artist and will be pursuing a graduate degree in the amazing field of Art Therapy. I am also interested and active in art as a therapeutic outlet through non profit work. I recently started a program for individuals with disabilities to have a space and more resources to create different forms of art work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since 2013 I have gone out of the country each summer and both experiences were unforgettable. Eye opening to say the least. I am on this site to find like minded individuals who are interested in helping others realize what life could have to offer. I believe that we all do things that we are passionate about with the backing of those who love and care for us. It is an incredible experience to meet others who share this feeling. Through traveling to Mexico, Africa, and growing up with an array of life changing experiences I have learned that building and keeping relationships may be the most valuable part of life :)
