About Me
My nose is of the curious kind. It searches for adventure, beautiful nature and sounds, new skills to learn, new ways to dance or play music, and it find it’s way to people who can teach me more about life.
But it also likes to stay calm and reflect alone for hours. To stay home amongst the wellknown people and trees.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I prefer to stay with and meet local people when I travel to get a deeper feeling of a place. I have mostly been doing it through workaway, but when I only have a few days, couch surfing makes more sense.
I like the idea of sharing what we have instead of buying and buying. I live in a collective where we often have guests and where we dumpster dive and help each other with different tasks.
Interests
I often wish me big sister will invent something to split me into 4-5 different bodies, so I can go deep into every of my interests and not feel I don’t have enough time to any of them..
Until then I try to take one thing at a time and let my gut feeling lead the way.
Music is my oxygen and partner for life, dance my water and nature my food and family. The two first are too personal and unsteady to earn money from, so I study landscape architecture to combine some other interests to live from. Drawing, creating pleasant and playful spaces, trying to reinforce the relationship between nature and humanity. Creating and preserving spaces where people can find peace and depth in a stressful world.
I’m very interested in art, languages and traditions from different countries, and that lead the way into the folk music and dance world, which I spend a lot of time in. Right now I’m organizing a camp for young people in Denmark and this summer I’m going to my first Ethno camp.
As most people, I need to move to function well and be happy, and I prefer to do it by dancing, skiing, roller blading, swimming, climbing trees, biking, doing yoga, doing garden work, and walking. I'm thinking about taking parkour lessons.
