ABOUT ME
At the very beginning of CS journey it used to be my and my sister's profile. Now we have separate ones but some references here refer to her as well.
I'll start with the obvious. My name is Malgorzata, though it's too long and too complicated so people mostly call be Gosia. Don't get confused then.
I am crazy about languages, mostly English and French so always up for a chat!
I'm a rather active person but not a particular party animal. I'm neither a night owl nor an early bird. Culture vulture fits best.
I enjoy meeting my friends, hanging out with them, discovering hidden gems in places I go to. I do love travelling! - duh!
I want to see the world, Europe and not only. Get out of town, see what's 'there.'
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used to host and surf a lot. Unfortunately, I haven't managed to be as active recently but I don't think it's ever too late to start CS adventure again!
HOSTING
When hosting, I want to show my guests the surroundings, take them to the sights, enjoy the conversation over a glass of red.
SURFING
As a guest I'll give you a hand whenever I can. I'd like to get to know you, your country, your culture.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Some people who I met on CouchSurfing became my great friends. It's amazing how you meet someone new and out of the blue it's getting harder and harder to say goodbye. The experiences I had, both as a host and as a guest, were extremely positive. Looking forward to more!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: A bit of everything. Mostly indie and classical.
Books: All titles of Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt. Also Stefan Zweig.
Movies: Too much to be written so in a 'short cut': comedies (to laugh), horrors (to laugh even more), thrillers (to be focused), dramas and documentaries (to think)...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Couldn't pick just one...
Mont Saint-Michel... no words can describe it!
View from Charles Bridge, Prague at night- absolutely breathtaking... no need to say more...
Les Calanques de Marseille - place where I want to go back to every day.
Hampton Court in springtime - countless narcissi that make you believe the dream is real.
Thanks to one of my CS hosts I had the chance to stay overnight in a shepherd's chalet high up in the French Alps. Unforgettable experience with the nicest people and most breathtaking views.
And... I baked muffins!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English.
You should be awarded the Nobel prize if you teach me how to cook...
I started learning French so I am always happy to learn a new word or expressioon.
