My name is Malia. I am originally from Hawaii and now live in St. Pete, Florida. Travel has always been in my heart, as is meeting and making friends across the globe. I am just getting my feet wet in fulfilling my dream to travel. I have a couch to share for those who wish to come my direction and I would love to crash on yours.

I want to travel on a backpackers budget and i want to have local connections wherever I stay. I want to build friendships across the map, both nationally and globally. I want to live a full life and meet good hearted, adventurous people. I offer my couch with what we call "Aloha Spirit" and I am always excited to have people join my "family".

The ocean and everything to do with it, learning new cultures, dancing, art, volunteer work.

Reggae, Ska, Eletronic music, country music, gospel..you name it. I love reading books on other cultures, travel, giving back, and self-improvement. I love all sorts of movies.

I went on a mission trip to Costa Rica recently and helped build phase one of a new group home in Coronada.
