In my second year of med school now.
Unfortunately our apartment here in Berlin is so small (and we have a cat) that we can't take couchsurfers too often. Can't wait to have a bigger apartment and share it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's of course cheaper as a hotel, but in my opinion the best part is the fact that a random stranger lets you into their house, puts a lot of trust into you and for a short time, you become part of their life. That's actually more than one could ask for, but in the end, you're always one friend richer.
Also, staying with locals enables you to enjoy the real city you're visiting, not just the superficial tourist part.

Interests

I love cooking, stitching, reading, and learning new stuff. I am also into sports and I've been practicing pole dance for some time now.
I love food. And animals. And board games!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy any kind of music actually. It really depends on my mood and the situation, as music tends to kind of suck me in and transfer moods. I can always listen to (old school) hip hop though. Also, Cage the Elephant probably is my all time favorite band.
Books are my passion. I'd take a book over watching a movie anytime. Some of my favourite authors are Coelho, Süskind, Schätzing and Hesse.
