ABOUT US

We are a passionate and enthusiastic couple who loves to travel. In fact we used to be travel bloggers (with Vamossomewhere). Then we discover that we wanted to travel with a purpose, because the void of a meaningless journey was the same of a meaningless life. So, we created Empower for Change, a platform to help people discover their true power and voice to understand how to create the life they want. Because when people is empower, they thrive in life and ultimately, when sharing their light, they make the world a better place.

So we are embarking on the journey of our lives, finding the real life heroes, people that is making the world a better place for all, so that we can share those inspiring stories with our community. That is Empower for change: a community of dreamers and doers for changing the world for better for all.

We are very sensitive to people, nature, places and we are very into cultural exchange. We love laughing and loving and caring. We want to share all of our good vibe with the world - Lina and Mauro

We love the cultural exchange, that is the reason #1 why we travel. It is always about PEOPLE. not places. When we bring memories, is always about people. We love and enjoy sharing our experiences, passions and ways of living. Couchsurfing is the perfect way to keep trusting people. This is the perfect way of showing it is still possible to have a wonderful planet and share it with wonderful people.

Inviting a homeless person to have breakfast with us a random morning.

and other random stuffs:
Jumping from a 200 meter high bridge in Ecuador.... Sailing the Caribbean Sea on a broken 76 feet long sail boat with a crazy crew.... Climbing the Acatenango Volcano in Guatemamala ( wow! for sure the best scene landscapes so far). Cruising through the Salar Uyuni and the landscapes of Bolivia .... Scaling Machu Picchu.... Climbing the highest active volcano in the world (Cotopaxi in Ecuador)... diving in the Pacific ocean and in the Caribbean coral reef in Belize with manatees, nurse sharks and beautiful tiny colorful fishes.

Going on an RV through the 66 route from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon in Arizona in the USA!!! Going to Alaska!

Firing our boss to do what we LOVE, WANT and CAME to do in this planet.
