One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last summer I bought a one way ticket to Juneau, Alaska. I stopped in L.A. first for a week to visit a friend, then flew to Seattle before departing for Alaska. I spent a summer there working with a Whale Watching tour guide company.
I walked in ice caves so blue the water looked like mouthwash.
I climbed on the Mendenhall Glacier.
I saw humpback whales jump out of water.
I ran my first half-marathon there.
It was one of the most amazingly fun and challenging things I've ever done.
