🇬🇧 I am Mallorie, winemaker and militant full time! I make Pouilly-Fumé, a dry and fruity white wine. I’m taking into account the current issues (climate change in particular), I use Biodynamics preparations and I’m doing organic agriculture in my vineyard.

I am involved in ecology and humanitarian. I have traveled a lot, so we could talk about it!

I am here to share ideas and discover practices and ways of doing things.

If I am available, I will be happy to go for a drink, walk around and have you at home for a night or two (to be defined together).

  I think the best way to understand a city is to meet people who live there.

🇫🇷 Je suis Mallorie, vigneronne et militante à temps pleins! Je fais du Pouilly-Fumé, vin blanc sec et fruité tout en prenant en compte les enjeux actuels (réchauffement/changement climatique notamment), j’utilise la Biodynamie dans mes vignes et je tends vers l’agriculture biologique.

Je suis engagée dans les domaines de l’écologie et de l’humanitaire. J’ai pas mal voyagé, nous pourrions donc échanger à ce sujet!

Je suis ici pour échanger, partager des idées et découvrir des pratiques et des manières de faire.

Si je suis dispo, je serai ravie d’aller boire un verre, se balader et de t’accueillir chez moi pour une nuit ou deux (à définir ensemble).

Je pense que la meilleure façon de comprendre une ville est de rencontrer des personnes qui y vivent.
