About Me
CURRENT MISSION
global exploration, avoiding the real world
ABOUT ME
I live for lazy Sundays and the everyday successes that carry us through life. I love waking up without an alarm early in the morning (rarely happens, but that's why it's so special!). I struggle with personal descriptions because I change from day to day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed through Germany and had an amazing time! Planning to host once I settle back to a normal life. And finally, hoping to surf through America on a cross-country road trip planned tentatively for summer of 2011...!!!
Interests
Exploring, interrailin, writing, enjoying good food, conversations, fresh morning air, open windows, brunch, walking in new cities, collecting experiences, being inspired, seeing as much of the world as possible in this short life.
The best times in my life have been spent exploring new places and people, freeing myself from routine, and feeling myself grow wiser each new day.

Music, Movies, and Books
Films: independent, foreign, and/or old, Before Sunset, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Godfather, The Motorcycle Diaries.
I love music, love going to festivals, concerts, and classical performances. I especially love the power music has to attach itself to an experience in your life and make it forever memorable.
On my reading list: more Murakami and Nabokov! Also love Salinger's short stories.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Drove along Cape Point, the southwestern tip of the African continent, under a sea of stars, windows down, singing along to Bob Marley with people I'll never forget.
Teach, Learn, Share
Living in a country where I don't speak the native tongue has made me rediscover my love for learning languages. I would love to share what I speak as well as improve my Spanish and the little Danish I know.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Netherlands, Russian Federation, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
