Overview
About Me
I am a seeking spirit, I guess. I love nature! and plants (and I live mostly from plant-based food). I am interested in studying psychology and counscioussness, and the source of human happiness.
I try to get the most out of life, be good to others - both humans and animals, and understand that life has both the happiness and suffering to offer.
I try to be adventurous, to break the rythms and and habits, to learn. This I do by travelling, meeting interesting people, hitch hiking, go dumsterdiving in the streets of Copenhagen, and many more things.
I also enjoy my worklife as a Psychologist. In Copenhagen I work in a clinic for refugees, where we try to help people who have had a hard life and a lot of traumas in their baggage.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think couchsurfing deserves the nobel peace prize!
To me couchsurfing offers the potential of authentic meetings. Of trusting, sharing, challenging and inspiring each other. It is adventure! And of course makes it more affordable to travel.
I have hosted and surfed from time to time in many different countries since 2011, and hope to continue with it for many years.
Interests
Sustainable ways of living and travelling is something I am always trying to be better at and improve. In Copenhagen I do it by biking everywhere and to get most of my food in the dumsters! (dumsterdiving)
I am into different types of movements, and especially acroyoga (acrobatics + yoga) and also free dance forms.
In my professional life I work as a Psychologist, and I have for many years been interested in the human psyche and spirit. What makes us happy? what is our "true" nature? this has also brought me to the field of studying counscioussness and psychedelics.
I just love nature. Love to grow plants at home, love to hike or bike in the nature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first hitchhiking experience back in 2011 was an eye opener: Hitchhiking from Denmark to Ukraine and back again through Germany and Polen with my best friend.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share with you my extra bike when you are in Copenhagen. Biking is the best way to get around in the city.
While biking we can also go dumsterdiving!
When travelling I can teach you a bit of acro yoga which for most people is a fun experience to try.
I love to share stories, adventures, passions with everyone I meet.
