ABOUT ME

Malte, thats me, one of the 7 billons people who live on this wonderful earth, when i start my training as pastry cook, i decidet to spend all my time and enery in work, as much as i can, until i traveled the first time to asia, since that experiance, i try to travel once in a year for a certain months.
i love to have culture exchanges, with people all over the world.
particularly i love the different kinds of food characterized by all the spices, herbs, fruits and vegetables, that grow in the different countries and areas on this world.
the litte things make the differens between all the cultures like drive in for pharmacies in the usa, no bubble gums in singapure allowed, deep-fried scorpion in bangkok. we all grew up in areas where the customs, rite and the culture have the influence to our basic way of thinking.

i am a pastry cook, and i love my job so much that i spend my time at home to make something delicious, i love travelling as much as i love my job, so as you see, it's perfect, because i can go with my job in a lot of coutries around the world, because there are a lot of good hotels and restaurants out there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

on sumatra i saw one orang-utan baby in the jungle with her mother just in front of me, and they just climbed onto the back of the girl in front of me.

in a hawkcenter in singapure, a guy on a sagway asked me if i wanted to put salt in my pepsi??!

the beach on anafi because it was so secluded

i ran the vienna city marathon (42km) without a lot of training and finnished after 5 hours
