Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very much interested in many different types of film (apart from very kitschy love films;D). I really like going to the cinema or watching DVDs with friends. Some of my favorite movies are: "The Lord Of The Rings", "Star Wars", "Pan's Labyrinth", "The Shining", "Life Is Beautiful", "Seven",...

I'm also a big fan of filmmusic. What I especially love about it are the sweeping melodies and the combination of different musical styles.

I especially like books that are thought-provoking and well written. My favorite book is "The Metamorphosis" by Franz Kafka. I also like reading aphorisms and those very short poems by Frantz Wittkamp.
