About Me

Hi there! :) My name is Malthe and I'm 25years old. I see myself as a very happy person. I see nothing but reasons to enjoy life and be grateful. One of the most important things to me is TO LEARN. I always tell myself that “in every experience, there is a lesson.” To see things this way is (to me) the key to a happy life. Whenever I wake up it's a new day — and a new me. My needs and my state of mind change from time to time. In general, I think I have 4 settings (corners) — but one does not exclude the others:
1. “The philosophical corner” — People might say that this is where I spend most of my time - depending on how much they think themselves. ;) I guess we all think about life sometimes — and I must admit that I tend to do that a lot. I find great inspiration in my own thoughts, as I often try to change my perspective on and of all kinds of things. It's basically like having a conversation with yourself. I find myself pretty “trained” in this way of changing perspective and I love to use it when talking with people. The last year I've been focusing a lot on putting this “skill” to use by helping people out with whatever thought, emotion or task they might be struggling with. AND I LOVE IT. It's one of my favorite “hobbies”. ❤️
2. “Active corner” To be active and/or to go on adventures is very important to me. I love pretty much all kinds of team sport. But most of the time I do it by myself. I either go for a run, a long walk, the gym or do some yoga. Surfing is my absolute favourite sporty.
Adventures can be almost anything — It's just about doing things I don't do every day. :D
3. “Nerdy corner” Where I'd be reading all kinds of books/articles — pretty much whatever falls in my interest that particular day. One of my GREATEST hobbies is music. I've studied music for 3 years. But to me, it's a never-ending study. I like to transcribe songs that I find interesting — to me, this is one of the best ways to learn. I can get pretty nerdy with music - theory especially.
4. “Creative/productive corner” What's better than learning? TO USE WHAT YOU'VE LEARNED! I love to be creative. I manifest this creativity in different ways. Most of the time I love to write and experiment with music and lyrics. Lately, I've been drawing a lot — and I love that too! I like to just start drawing without any idea and see what comes out of it. I also love to be creative when cooking. The aesthetics might not be at its finest but it always tastes damn good! I love trying new things and to be challenged.

Which is a part of the reason why I've left my home to go and explore Australia. I'm looking forward to experiencing new people, new thoughts, new music, and a new environment!
