ABOUT ME

If someone were to look me up in the dictionary (...alright, I'm sure I'm not the only one who hasn't opened one of those in years, but let's just say...) this is probably what they would read:

Monica, n.
She has always been pretty good at school, which kind of makes her a nerd (and so does this paragraph!); She would love to pack her bags, just leave, and travel the world, so she's also a free spirit; Yet, she loves shopping and has a lot of clothes, so we'll guess that she's also partly a girly girl; She's a big fan of Harry Potter and Lord of The Ring, which would mean that she has a bit of a geeky side too; Finally, she recently got addicted to Crossfit, which makes her partly athletic as well (though there is plenty of room for improvements in this area).

I'm ambitious and a dreamer. I have lots of projects; they keep me going. I love learning new skills. I love traveling (but you could've guessed that) and learning about different cultures. In my spare time, I enjoy working out a little - I go to a Crossfit gym - going for a walk in the woods, hanging out with friends, taking some pictures, reading, watching movies, going out to the restaurant, etc.

I haven't had the privilege to host yet but I sure hope I soon will! In the meantime, I’m very looking forward to my first couchsurfing experiences.
