I am generally a happy person,I try to enjoy life as much as possible!!
I am from Switzerland and I'm a Midwife. I love long-term travels and I prefer to live in a country for a while,to get to know the culture and traditions as much as possible.
I lived more than two years in Mexico.
Now I'm at the beginning of a long-term travel again.

PHILOSOPHY

When you think something is wrong or stressful for you,then find out if its something you can chance or not. If you can't change it,then just accept it.
If it's something you can change:do it!!

All the past is good as it was,eventough bad or dificult things happendbto you because it brang you to where you stad now.
If you are happy with the moment right now,the past neither the future is troubling you.

As a Vipassana Meditator I try to live in the present as much as possible!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a wonderful way to share a lot with the others. Staying at somones home or hosting somebody in your home is so personal! You share with these persons so many things; You share the life!!!
