ABOUT ME

I am quite an easy going and enthusiastic person and I am very involved in my community.
Meeting new people, sharing bits of life and experiencing new cultures passionate me.

I am lebanese/syrian, born and raised in Montreal. I currently live in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. :)

I enjoy a great night out with friends in the city but would also gladly stay in and have a long deep conversion over a cup of tea and a shisha!

I try to stay updated on what is happening in the world and to develop and opinion about it.

I love nature. Always in for camping or hiking!

I rarely sleep :)

I am a speech-language therapist and language nerd. I advocate for antiracist practices.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted people before but not through CS : through randomly meeting in a city in Ireland!
I was hosted in Trier, Germany and in Athens, Greece. Both experiences were amazing!
I have also met people in Montreal and Istanbul through CS meet ups.
I have hosted a few people in Beirut, Lebanon. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Dublin for 5 months and Beirut for 6 months as an international student.

I went bungee jumping next to Ottawa it was crazy!!

I met my husband while travelling in Bosnia in 2015. Fast forward 7 years, I quit my job and move to Sarajevo with him.
