I love learning about different cultures and getting to know people. To really know me, you must know that I have an unhealthy obsession with the color purple. I love food, maintaining vegetarianism as my lifestyle since I was in the womb. I especially love sweet treats and (good *cough* Chicago-style *cough*) pizza.
Most importantly, I am always ready for a new experience, a new adventure, and enjoy sharing those memories with people I meet on the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I attended weekly meet ups and other events as well as hosted while in the L.A. area.
In 2018 and 2019 specifically, I enjoyed going to a lot of CouchCrashes throughout the States and Mexico, and look forward to exploring more cities and meeting friends (old and new) through these and other events during my travels in 2020.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After three weeks in ATM-less, convenient store-less Myanmar, I went back to Bangkok, going straight to Wong Wian Yai, a very local part of the city, where I found three 7-Eleven's within a five minute walk of each other! That moment REALLY made me realize how much we take things for granted, how much the locals love 7-Eleven, and how much I missed Slurpees.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I usually come bearing food or buy some to share during my stay. I think food is a great way to bring people together, and well...we all need to eat at some point.
