I'm from the US, northeast and it's a beautiful part of the states. I love the great outdoors and the beauty this world has to offer.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i have only had the opportunity to host a couple times but it was a great experience but when traveling i try to give a good cultural experience for my host, and learn about their culture by getting on the local side instead of being a tourist

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

its been a great experience, i have met amazing people, and its a great tool when you are traveling alone. you always have someone around with common interests.. i hope i can host a few more people in the future.

兴趣

i enjoy, obviously, traveling, as well as photography, i try to show friends and family the things if experienced through my lens. prefer landscapes and city views.
i like to be active. i'm an avid hiker, i've hiked through many parts of the USA (california, montana, wyoming, arizona, maine, new hampshire, florida, virginia), Yucatan peninsula in Mexico, Santa Cruz trek and macchu picchu in Peru, and parts of Eastern Canada.
i also enjoy swimming, soccer, basketball, and baseball. one of my favorite past times is disc golf, or frisbee golf, which over the last year my throw has gotten pretty good ;)

Movies: I love dumb comedy, one of my favorites is white chicks. I'm a sucker for romantic comedy as well animated movies (finding Nemo and ice age)

Music: I love country music, Kenny Chester, Jason Alden, Sam Hunt, Luke Bryan, etc.
I do like pop music and alternative

Books: I like books about other cultures, fantasy and dean koontz books

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I can't choose one thing.. I think traveling around the world has opened my eyes to different norms and cultures but many adventures, such as:
-five week road trip across america
-snowboarded in norway
-worked in the first national park in the world(yellowstone national park) for 6 months
-hiked in one of the natural wonders of the world (the grand canyon)
-hiked in the second ancient wonder of the world (petra)
-jumped out of a plane from 14,000 ft
-bungy jumped off the original commercial bungy bridge
-jumped off the highest canyon swing in the world
- spent 3.5 months in South America
-kayaked in a bio-luminescent bay at night
