Paul and I live in the heart of Ottawa. We both love to travel, explore new places and meet new people! We are both fluent in English, Paul is fluent in Polish, and we both know a little bit of French. I (Amanda) am a new teacher and Paul is an economist.

We also like collecting Starbucks mugs and magnets ;)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We recently moved to our new place and we are excited to use our guest bedroom for guests. (There is a currently a single bed in there but we also have an extra mattress.) We also are looking forward to travelling more in the future!

Interests

Amanda has a background in biology and in outdoor education. She loves hiking, canoeing, kayaking and just being outside. Paul has a background in political science, economics, and he loves keeping up with new music and current events.

We both love travelling, meeting new people, trying new food and learning new things.
