About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To have great friends all over the world, to experience culture in its rarest and raw form, to truly live, love and always take the road less traveled.
ABOUT ME
We are artistic, musical, crazy fools. We love local music and art, to travel and really dig deep to find the best things that place has to offer. We absolutely love food especially home prepared foods using organic and locally sourced goods. We are really close to the friends we make, we believe that a friend is a friend for life. And we live by that.
I am a Yoga instructor. I believe your practice truly can and will change your life. Andy is going to school for engineering, together we are both very much into living sustainability and for the earth, off the grid, and supporting the local culture, where ever in the world we are. Together with our 2 year old son we have traveled through South East Asia, Australia for 5 months and have just completed a month long road trip from coast to coast USA. We have an insane wanderlust for travel and showing our son how truly amazing his world and the people around him are.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We have totally enjoyed our experiences with CouchSurfing! It is an amazing tool for finding life long friends, for building relationships with locals and I hope to bring to it one more hand (or couch) willing to share to the world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far every single experience we've had has been awesome. We have meet some wonderful people and we've gotten a lot more out of the places we've visited because of it.
Interests
I would stay I love to travel, but doesn't every one on here have that intense love to travel?
The most important interest of all is to live environmentally friendly. Everyday I learn new ways to help the world. I hope I never stop learning.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have kayaked through caves in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam with by sleeping baby (talk about an intense Mommy moment,) scootered through Thailand busy streets, stood atop the most magical temple in Cambodia, swam with sea turtles, camped with Kangaroos in Australia, road-tripped coast to coast USA, cooked with the locals in Bali, and hiked the Stairway to Heaven, but nothing is as amazing as seeing my sleeping toddler next to me.
Teach, Learn, Share
There is so much to learn from others. During our couch surfing adventures and hosting we have learned so much about how far people are willing to go to help others and different ways of living and traveling. It's truly amazing. We get along well with pretty much any one. We love artists and people that make the world a better place. We try to be as "green" as possible, in building, living, upcycling, recycling, composting. Anything we can do to help. And we love meeting others that do also. We're the ones that will pick up trash during our walk on the beach.
