Im not great at talking or writing about myself! So this will be short and sweet!
I love travelling and travelled in South East Asia/Australia and Newzeland for most of my 20’s.

I lived in Brighton for a few years and had a great time, it suits me to be close to the sea!

I have two beautiful boys now that I home school they are nearly 10 and 8 years old.
We love to travel, we just had three months away to India, Indonesia and the Philippines, we actually found out about Couchsurfing whilst we were away and met the most beautiful families.

My self practice is very important to me and I have learnt lots along this journey some things that I could not even put into words even if I tried.
There is so much more to discover!

I love to meet new people and more than happy to share some yoga practice with whoever comes along and is open to it.

I’m very easy going and I like to just roll with life rather than controlling it.
