Love listening to a varied genre of music as long as i can hear the lyrics. I probably spent too much time watching Netflix, Disney+ and amazon movies. Not much of a reader rather listen to educational podcasts.

i my early 20's I was obsessed with hitching lifts in helicopters which I really enjoyed. Don't get the chance now a days, more's the pity.

I'm good at sharing mobility exercises low key or full on splits from my 35 years working in gymnastics. I can also do bits and bobs of DIY around the house providing I have the time. I've also excercised horses in the past. Always looking for an equine pal : )
