I love good movies and chocolate. I love cats as well as dogs. I have always been surrounded by children (five younger brothers and sisters). I love good and deep conversations about personal or philosophical topics, but I don't like hot and cynical discussions. I am very interested in other cultures, countries, people and languages. I don't have a religion because I grew up in East Germany without any religion, nevertheless I believe in a spiritual dimension and don't call myself an atheist. I love nature and beautiful landscapes. I have been vegetarian for almost 25 years. I am a sensitive person and I need lots of sleep and I am interested in dreams because for me they are like movies :-D

Hitchhiking and sleeping somewhere in nature in a tent used to be my usual way of "holidys" and travelling - now I would love to do some more easy going journeys which are more relaxed and more comfortable, for example with couchsurfing!

My next trip that I plan is a journey to the United States again (I have been in New York City at the age of 14) to visit my penpal in Arizona. I cannot stay at his place, so it would be great to find a couch nearby.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started with couchsurfing in 2006 I guess, when I was studying at university. My room was very small, but I let a couchsurfer staying there. He came from Hamburg, north Germany. Later I stayed at his home, because my boyfriend and I wanted to stay over night in Hamburg. Later we got to know the couchsurfers girlfriend, who became a good friend of us. Then she lived in Switzerland, and we visited her and her baby girl during summer. But this is just one of the couchsurfing stories :)
I didn't use couchsurfing so often yet. But everytime I did, no matter if it was as a guest or as a host, it always was a good experience!

Classic Rock, Psychedelic Rock, Blues Rock, for example Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Ten Years After. Sometimes I also like listening to Classic like Mozart, or to crazy Ska-Polka-Rock, or to interesting music from other countries and cultures, like Indian or African or Persian or Jewish music.

I like movies based on a real story.
