And now, all about me;
--Riding the line between art and life. --
Look no further if you're interested in bad jokes, too many philosophical conversations ending on the verge of existential despair, and lots of smiles. Overall, I am very caring, intuitive, and love settling-in and enjoying the moment. I feel that adventure is apart of life, however, I am not a constant thrill seeker. I find joy in a night in painting or really connecting with a person. Sometimes it's setting off for a morning hike or trying to rock climb but most of the time its appreciation for something like for a warm cup of tea or time spent with a good friend. Luxuries like these are really what have shed love and value throughout my life.
I use curiosity use a tool to grow and understand. So in other terms, I ask a lot of questions. However, it is always through the lens of a deeper or new sense of comprehension.
I eat vegan and I wouldn't change it for the world. Seeing this lifestyle has really tested the limits of how compassion and taking action play a role in my reality. It has since filtered through to all aspects of my life, offering a new reframe and in some cases a sense of self-reclamation.
I dabble in the arts and love creating. Painting, photo collages, drawing, mixed media, photography & more to come. I am new to the realm of self-expression but it has really helped me feel at home and loved in my skin.
I'm quite a goofball with an open mind. Sometimes sarcastic. Majority of the time happy. I love learning and often find myself riding the line between necessary self care and proactive learning.
In my professional sphere, I work in high-end hospitality interior design here in Boston. I'm always looking for new/different ways to redesign/impact current lifestyle to make it more sustainable or induce a net positive interaction, for us, for others, and for the place we inhabit.
Additionally, I love trail running, adventure sports, and biking in the city.
Philosophy
'If you want something that you've never had, you must be willing to do something that you've never done. '
