My philosophy on life is to always be smiling. For such a philosophy to be accomplished you must always be doing something you love. I was so incredibly lucky enough to find a job that I do care about and love- and that earns me money and allows me to take a butt load of vacation time off to travel the world. :) Not just to the popular places, but to the 'places- unknown' as Bourdain would say. :)

If possible, I would never live in one place for longer than 18 months. I would find a new job everywhere I went- completely immersing myself in the culture of that place.

I have a need for adventure and new things. I would love to travel the world for the rest of my life- but money is obviously a factor. But, couchsurfing allows me to do so.

I rode an elephant, named Manoi, through the lush mountains outside of Chang Mai for a whole day with the Karen tribe.

I am all about experiences. I live for the days I had absolutely nothing planned in Berlin, Germany and three friends and I close our eyes and point to a place...and we go.... We ended up in Bacharach, Germany for 3 days and it was the best part of our trip.

I live for the day that my friend and I accidentally took the wrong train to Barcelona and ended up dancing in a coffee shop at 2 in the morning with a group of drunk old Spanish men.

I hope to share my love for life and love for experiences with those around me- and, in return, they do the same. I want to live and thrive off of other's energy and experiences. That is how you live. That is how you fully experience life.

I can share my love for adventure and all things I've learned in my travels of the world. I have been to most countries in Europe, Central America, and SE Asia. And, the biggest thing I have learned in all of those places is that: I want more. I am thirsty for more adventure. More culture unlike what I am used to.
