About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To visit as many places in this world that i can. When work allows me time off of course! and to meet as many zany and fun people as i can! Life's too short to not see it all!!!!

ABOUT ME

I'm from Seattle (born in LA), my husband is from Sydney. We moved to the UK for a few years and are now headed back to the US but not before a kick-ass European camping tour!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live by the philosophy, "Live as though you'll die tomorrow. Learn as though you'll live forever." -- Gandhi

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted several times now. It's funny, becasuse i initially joined thinking i'd use this for when i travel abroad next. I didnt' realize people would want to stay with ME!! But what an amazing experience it's been so far! Can't wait to see what the future holds!

Interests

I am interested in people. I love to learn about other places and cultures. I love stories. Which, i think, is a reason i love film. I love to be outside. I love getting into a good new book (when time allows!) I love making new friends and being with old friends. I love and cherish intelligence.

I love laughing more than anything.

Music, Movies, and Books

All film, especially independent and french. I adore Amelie, it is my favorite movie of all time. I put on comedies to have in the background when i am cleaning my house (Zoolander, How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days--i love Kate Hudson!). I love music that is not mainstream--perfect melodies that have not been overplayed by top-40 stations. Books. Oh, books. I wish i had more time to read. I love a good book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paris, Beijing, Sydney, Great Barrier Reef, Prague, Venice, Barcelona, Nice, London, Edinburgh, Dublin, and all those small little towns in between that show you the true glimpse into culture, apart from the major cities (i prefer the small towns!)

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, China, France, Mexico, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom, United States
