Answer the question: why should I host you?

I'm happy to give you a place to sleep, but I won't be able to show you around because I'm working/studying, so I am looking for low-maintenance and independent people to host. If I am free then I'd be open to exploring the city.

Ideal guest: someone who comes to Amsterdam with a plan, non-smoking (I am allergic to tobacco) who can look after their own meals, keep the house clean and is extremely mindful of noise :)

(As a young woman I don't host more than a night, usually only on weekends, and I don't host anyone older than 30.)
