Overview
About Me
I’m an Armenian girl with a conservative upbringing longing to explore Europe and break the boundaries around.
I love exploring new cultures and sharing mine. I like culture, not only the music and dances or artists, but also the culture of people, how they spend their free time, how they treat to their friends and relatives and how they live their life.
I have been volunteering in the sphere of, gender equality, domestic violence and with women with hearing aids in Armenia and after seeing the real picture, I’m very interested in learning more about these spheres. After volunteering for 2 years in Armenia, now I am doing a volunteer year in Denmark. I’m working with kids from 3 to 5 years old and living with a host family.
I believe the best way to explore things is traveling, communicating and experiencing.
I love colorful pajamas, socks and slippers.
When it’s raining I like reading a book near the window with a cup of coffee. When it’s sunny, I love going out, running and playing around.
I have too caring parents (always thinking that something bad is going to happen with me) whom I love to the moon and back. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
“A journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles .” I love this saying which perfectly explains why I wanna do CS.
By the way I’m living with a host family for already 2 months and I really love the experience.
