I'm Mandi. I'm 28 and I like almost everything- but especially movies. I love to cook and I can't resist a great meal. I am pretty into the outdoors and especially foraging for wild food. Other favorites are camping, traveling and the thrill of growing my own veggies (though I suck at it). I'm married to Sean - he's 30 and likes almost everything (especially music).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As both a host and a surfer, I haven't had a bad experience yet (though a couple of strange ones for sure). I love CS! I've met some really awesome people through this site. Come sign our guestbook and have a cup of tea with me and my dog!

My interests are pretty far reaching (god bless the internet). I'll try anything once! Mostly my interests are in nature, the outdoors, foraging, writing, dogs, music, food, sun, reading, shooting the shit, etc.

I live in a growing city full of recent immigrants. Surrey has large populations of Indian, Korean, Filipino, Syrian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Ethiopian and Iraqi people, and the food to match. If you like trying new food, we can definitely recommend a place for you nearby!
