Hey there! 👋 I'm curious, high-context and overly observant, with mixed background growing up between Taiwan, China, and the UK.

I speak English, Mandarin and can understand a bit of Japanese and Korean, but am fascinated linguistically about all languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like Chinese songs (A-mei, Faye Wang) and K-pop (aespa, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, IU), English bands (Bleachers, Circa Waves, Black Country New Road) and Andrew Bird, James Blake etc.
Movies: September 5 was really good, Warfare was interesting.
Books: into photography and art and philosophy related books atm.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my recent trip to the US, we had a mutiny against our original tour guide, and I reluctantly stepped up as the new leader for the remaining 13 days. Our group of six, all with different backgrounds from China, decided to ditch the original route and create our own adventure. Despite being tired, I handled everything – booking new hotels, driving safely, translating, and accommodating everyone's requests. Thanks to my organizational and communication skills, I managed to keep everyone happy and satisfied. It was a wild and exhausting experience, but I'm proud of what I accomplished! 🌟🗺️🚗
