I would like to introduce myself as Manish born and brought up in Yoga Capital of the world Rishikesh. Since my young age I developed my interest in Yoga, Nature Care and Vedas . Immediately after schooling I was put into Parmarth Nature Cure & Yoga Centre where I enhanced my Knowledge about Yoga Philosophy, Naturepathy, & Ayurveda here I also got my one year diploma in Yoga and Naturopathic Science.
Immediately after finishing my diploma I started helping and learning in-depth knowledge with my teacher at ParmarthNiketan Nature Cure and Yoga Centre later I got my first-hand experience in Teaching old age patients who were suffering from different diseases like arthritis, obesity, blood pressure, hypertension, anxiety, depression etc I also completed my bachelor’s degree and one year diploma in Yoga and Holistic Science to gain my further knowledge in Yoga Science. Along with my graduation and diploma I started teaching school kids at ShriSatyaSai School Tapovan. To keep myself tuned I was also teaching students on Retreat, Patients who are doing Ayurveda Panchkarma at Arora Clinic Tapovan.

Learning never stopped and I finished my two years Master’s Degree in Yoga from Rishikesh University.I always say I am only a student, there are a lot of things to learn even from students because everybody has quality which others don’t have so we can learn best from each other to make our self-better human being.By this way we can increase our positivity Thebasic concepts of yoga and to find the path or life style to reach the ultimate goal of yoga that the body must be breathed into the breath of the Indian tradition of Hatha Yoga and Iyengar yoga. Combined with the antique and ancient teaching methods of yoga practice , the traditional yoga styles which brings the essence of mastery
