ABOUT ME

Hola,
my name is Manisha and I am from cologne, Germany. I finished my studies in tourism in April and starded straight afterwards my internship at an tour operator in San José, Costa Rica.
Before that I worked for one year in New Jersey, USA as an Au Pair.
If you would ask my friends about me I think they would say that I am a easygoing person, calm and friendly,who likes to have fun and get to know new people and new culturals from all over the world.
My friends are important for me and I love to hang around with them most of my time, but if I have a good book I can stay the whole day in bed and do nothing expect reading.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to see a place from a different perspective than the typical tourist side. It gives you also the chance to meet some new people, develop friendships all over the world and share and get to know other cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read! If I have a good book I could stay for a whole day inside just reading. I prefer novels and books that bring you in another world for the moment but it depends.

I'm also a big Harry Potter and Disney fan :D but otherwise a watch everything except Horror movies. The italian Job or Hungergames a one of my favourits as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in India I got the chance to ride on an elephant. It was a amazing adventure which I will never forget!!

During my Road trip in the USA I saw so many amazing landscapes and sunsets/sunrises - it was breathtaking!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been to the US to learn english. Now I'm in Costa Rica and I really want to learn the language as well!
If you want I can teach you a bit german or english or we could cook together some international dishes!
