About Me
CURRENT MISSION
trying to be everywhere to see all that fascinating things on earth
ABOUT ME
We are open-minded, friendly, well-behaved people who love travelling and get to know native people to learn about their cultures and mentalities as well as improving the English language.
It's also our intention to chare our culture and way of living for interested people.
Instead of studying straight after finishing High School in 2010 we decided to go overseas, learn important things for life and escape from the one-sided and theoretical stress for a while. To afford our journey overseas, Isabell worked in a plastic company for 3 month and Manuel completed his community service instead of military service.
Now about our interests and activities:
As already mentioned both of us are interested in meeting new, especially native people to get an idea of their way of living, having a chat with them and have fun.
Manuel is very in to computer and economy, he also loves reading books, while Isabell is interested in sports, especially athletics, gymnastics and swimming.
Back in Germany she has also worked with horses for about 10 years.
When we had our days off at the weekends we often walked our dogs Lissy and Benny for a few hours because we love the nature and beautiful landscapes.
All in all we are "normal" human beings.
PHILOSOPHY
We live our life because we love life...
Every day is something new, special for us. No day is like another.
There are always new things to discover, new people to meet, unknown landscapes and countries to visit...
LIVE IS AWESOME!!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We participate in this project because we want to get to know different people, to get thought by them about cultures and mentalities as well as giving them an idea of our way of living. It's a very good way to get in touch with people all over the world who propably have the same interests and views. And who knows, maybe you will finally become good friends with people you have met.
It's a give-and-take basis
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Well, of course we have had sleepovers in our friends house back in Germany after having a party or something like this. We were also working on a farm overseas and had the opportunity to stay at a couples house for about one week. They were very nice, talkative people and we learned a lot from them. Because they were already in their 50's they had much experience of life which they shared with us.
Otherwise we haven't had any 'real' CouchSurfing experiences yet. So we are quiet new in this community and looking forward to get to know nice people...

Teach, Learn, Share
There is a lot to share...
Especially we like to learn about the culture and mentalities, as well as getting an idea of the lifestyle of the native people. It would also be nice to get some information about some nice places to visit...
We could teach you about our culture and tell you something about Europe or whatever you are interested in...
