Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Narrowing my focus while broadening my perspective, paving my path, creating and seizing opportunities, living life as an adventure :)
ABOUT ME
I'm complex and appreciate simplicity. I study the art of teaching and performing psychology, yoga, acrobatics, philosophy, personal and community transformation. I'm recently married and enjoying being 31. When I'm not traveling, I'm a bit of a homebody who periodically adventures within and beyond the city. I enjoy deep conversation, yoga, wine, cooking, eating, animals, laughing, dancing, exploring, and meeting new people.
PHILOSOPHY
Going deeper, reaching new heights, all while keeping it really real. Being conscious and resourceful. Realizing and maximizing my own potential. Helping others realize and maximize their potential. <3 That's how I love.

Music, Movies, and Books
folk, deep house, funky soul, old blues, rock 'n roll, movies that make me think, cry, and/or laugh, social and cultural documentaries, educational books, philosophy, and yoga.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Slept on the beach on north shore O'ahu and woke up to the sunrise.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can ask you questions others probably don't bother to. I can share with you the powerful practice of Thai massage (giving or teaching how to give). I can teach you to spin a hula hoop or balance on each others feet. I can share with you new ways of expanding your personal awareness through breath, movement, and meditation. We can talk philosophy and make up new words.
