I am not travelling for a while but have a couch or two

ABOUT ME

I am now living on a 10 acre farm in a very small country village in New South Wales, up near the Queensland border. I am three hours from Brisbane, an hour and a half from the coast and five minutes from some lovely hilly country with rivers and water falls etc.
I am retired, sharing house with my husband enjoying travel around here myself.
I still travel Australia in a caravan but enjoy my little piece of paradise here in Cawongla.

PHILOSOPHY

the only thing we keep forever is our experiences , so get as many good ones as you can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to go and surf someone else's couch but I have now had many couchies at my place and I love to hear their stories and show them my part of Australia. It all helps make the world smaller, while at the same time expanding the experiences of us all.

Rocks and ocean anywhere get me all happy. the ocean is amazing . i am not extensively traveled so cannot talk of those sorts of amazing things

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

cooking skills would be great. and just a knowledge of your country as you see it .
and i will learn how to communicate with all sorts of people and what the world is like outside my bubble

The border ranges and scenic rim. I live on the edge of an ancient Caldera. Rainforests and rivers.
