ABOUT ME

I fallow a Vegan diet, Practice Ashtanga Yoga, and Kadampa Buddhism. I Love sport, mountain bike and everything challenging and exciting. I love doing health coaching and all holistic things available out there. I am happy fun and very open minded. and environmentally awake. But most important i am just a simple, normal guy. No Guru or anything like it. I flow with all kind of people with no judgement or criticism. We are all perfect in our way anyway!

Hosting people and traveling around the world being hosted. I have been traveling too much for the past 5 years due to work and life and I haven't host as many people as I which.

Many experiences in Thailand, India Europe and a lot in USA hosting and being hosted. I have made amazing thru friends in Couchsurfing.

I love foreign movies especially Almodovar's. Pay back, Contact, Pink floyd The Wall to name a few back in the time. Pablo Neruda, Eckhard Tolle, Ron Das, Wein Dayer, Geshla Kelsang Gyatsu, Joselyn jackson, Desikachar, Krishnamacharya, Sri Pattabhi Jois and many othersAll kind of music to many to name but I'll said YES, Bob Marley, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jaco Pastorius, Ruben Blades, The Mundfor Sons, The Monster & Man and a really good blue grass. do a lot for me.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Amazing: Live in thailand for a year, Visit Nepal, Visit Kauai Hawaii. Nothing compare to Help someone life thru my experiences, strength and hope, see someone you help come thru is a unique feeling.
Thngs I had done: Travel to europe for a month was a great experience. Nothing like the feeling of riding my racing motorcycle at 165MPH, it give you a new perspective of being alive, great rush.......... won't do it aging, I think!
The pleasure of climb the Avila mountain to the top and come back down in one day really made me feel just strong, alive, the view and the energy at the top of the mountain is magical. Meditate on the top of the pyramid of Che-che nit-za Camcun with my litle syster (little at the time).

I can help you with: Yoga, body detox, meditation, dieting, vegetarians, exercise, anti cancer way of life, awareness, awakening and many things on the health path. I Love doing health coaching. On other fields: Audio engineering and percussion, plus any kind of tourist information that I know.
I have a lot of information regarding Fair Trading, Importing from Thailand and India. Jewelry and anything in the field of Sales, Street Shows, and others. Our company provided the opportunity to people of become entrepreneurs with a small investment by creating meaningful work in a schedule that allow you to work and have freedom and free time to live a more meaningful life.
I would love to practice my french and increase my knowledge overall.
