One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many things that amazed me but this is on of that I joined as volunteer for old people service and it was so touching moment that teaches me a lot of things that for love there was no barrier of language, culture, age, and gender just as a human you can contribute some happy moments in anyone life.

I can teach some meditation, basic yoga and prepare some Indian vegetarian food.I can share the thoughts on philosophy, science, culture and medicine.

Recently am staying in shared apartment so, I can help the stay at my place but need to share the bed, and have extra room availble but is avaible sometimes. Mattress, pillow, napkins, toiletries
