One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Creating and organizing "Floripa Language Exchange Meeting"!
Floripa Language Exchange is a group that provides the opportunity to put into practice different languages. Learners of different levels (from beginner to native fluency) are welcomed to participate in a meeting in which people from all over the world are available to improve your linguistics skills in one foreign language of interest.
The objective is to practice and improve their language skills in a real context with native speakers and promote the interchange knowledge and culture.

Working as Brazilian Portuguese teacher provided me an amazing experience of knowing people from all over the world, their culture, habits and different ways of live. This experience also enabled me the experience of listening to the others and help them in their process of learning a language so diverse and plural as the Brazilian Portuguese.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish! In a grammatical approach we can focus on Syntax, Semantics, Phonetics, Phonology and Pragmatics.
If you prefer to know about the Brazilian Culture, I can present you literature, music and art.
I like to dance and I can teach some steps of samba and forró!
I can also show you how to prepare the typical sweet from Brazil: Brigadeiro!
