About Me

A 25-year-old brazilian girl who loves to enjoy what the world has to offer. Open minded, easygoing, trying to see the bright side of every experience. My mission is to travel, learn about other cultures, make new friends - and change the world in between :)

I have recently graduated and started my career in humanitarian aid. I am now living in Brussels and look forward to get the most of this experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always hosted people from all around the world at my place and it always felt awesome. With couchsurfing, I have hosted once in Rio and been hosted once in Barcelona. They were both great experiences and they really made me feel like I wanna do this for the rest of my life. Nothing seems more interesting to me than being able to meet people that are completely different from me, with different stories and life perspectives. CouchSurfing is the best way I know to do it.

Interests

Eating good food, taking nice pictures.
Discovering new places and having good conversations with interesting people. Walking around, seeing things from different angles.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lately listening to a lot of Kings of Convenience, The Whitest Boy Alive, Jamiroquai, Radiohead, The Beatles, Pearl Jam, Belle and Sebastian, Artic Monkeys, Phoenix, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Wilco, Yann Tiersan & more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two years ago I was in Africa fundraising and building a school in Nairobi, Kenya. I fundraised 7 thousand dollars in less than one month and helped hundreds of children to have a better education. I've never thought I could do such a thing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach people about my culture and learn about theirs. Couchsurfing is a wonderful way to make the world a smaller place, since you can get to know people from every corner of the earth, with different experiences, opinions, stories and all this great things that make every human being unique.
