I am a french musician, I grew up in Lyon and moved 2009 to Germany. I live in Cologne, work mostly as a singer, but also as a voice teacher and fitness instructor.

I have been travelling quite a lot every summer since 2005, mostly in western Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been "unofficially" couchsurfing a lot as well as staying in hostels and would much rather stay at people's places. Right now I live with my awesome partner, on the downside I can't host people because our appartment is as tiny as the little prince's planet. But that could change any time. Meanwhile I'd still love to meet new people! ;-)

Interests

Passionate singer and dancer (salsa!), reader, arts and good food lover. I love to learn: skills, knowledges, to know people or places better. Outdoorsy, always avid for trying new things, sharing experiences and learning from others.
Also like talking over a glass of wine or a cup of tea or true great tea/coffee, going out for a walk or a quest, an event...

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh.
I like early, baroque, romantic and modern.
Rock, progressive metal, heavy metal in general, old school hip hop and anything that makes me want to move. Jazz, world music. Trip-hop, people like Tori Amos, Björk and Melody Gardot.

Books. Classical literature and scandinavian thrillers, Japanese modern, musicology. J.C. Oates, Dostojewski, Hesse and Hugo are some of my favourite.

I am an absolute movie freak. I love art cinema but also pretty much everything else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2005 I travelled to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, did a 7 days trekking in the Pamir, brought back a carpet and lots of vodka and caviar.
2015 I travelled alone to Singapore and Bali. That trip included surfing, monkeys, climbing a volcano by night, open mic evenings and so much more.
2017 I took a long trip to Japan where I gave concerts, climbed the Fuji, and had many more adventures.
I also performed on many (opera) stages.
